FORM Pilates is a fully equipped private studio that utilizes

I have been teaching Pilates for almost 10 years now (wow- that makes me feel old!) while I was still pursuing my career as a Broadway performer. I always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so when the original owner of my studio told me he was moving- I saw the opportunity to take over, and grabbed it. Keeping my eyes wide open for possibilities, working hard at everything I did, and never giving up has brought me where I am today.

“And if you happen to be in New York City, trust that a Pilates session with her will help whip you into shape–but her humor and demeanor thankfully distract from that wince-worthy, hurts-so-good, core strengthening pain.” Gordon West
Lindsay got her start as a professional dancer, working in feature films and on national tours. After injuring her back, she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation. She was then offered a job to teach and found herself drawn to the work and its effectiveness in dramatically changing bodies.
